Pam has returned from Quilt Market and the new things are rolling in almost every day! The creativity and imagination of the designers in the quilting world continues to amaze us. The new fabrics, patterns, tools, and techniques are amazing!
FABRIC: June is Christmas fabric month, things have begun to trickle in, but this month should see the majority of our Christmas fabrics arrive. It’s never too early to think about the Holidays!
PATTERNS: Pam found some great new designers and new patterns and book from our favorite companies. We have a display in the shop if the newest items, be sure to check them out.
TOOLS AND GADGETS: Pam is the Gadget Queen we have lots of new goodies. Ruler Towers and handles for your rulers are among the new goodies.
TECHNIQUES: There is always a new idea or a new twist on an old favorite. We found some great ideas and are working them up for some fun new classes this fall.

Sewing Day for Operation Support
This great program was begun by a local woman and has spread to a nation wide endeavor. Operation Support supplies Christmas stockings and pillow cases for members of our armed forces. You can participate in a variety of ways – we are accepting donations of fabric (Christmas and patriotic) and Batting (very low loft), you can pick up the patterns at the shop and make socks or cases on your own time and return them to us, you can join us on the 19th for a work day, or any combination of the three! The projects are easy and don’t require a lot of time, or skill. All of your efforts are appreciated!

We have re-worked our Tuesday Club and think it will be a lot of fun! Stop in and check out what we are up to!

Stars Around the Garden: This block of the month program, featuring Kansas Troubles fabrics, will begin in February. This beautiful quilt is sure to become a favorite.

Strip Club is still going strong. Each month we have a new pattern and a new fabric pack to tempt you.
