Expressions in Threads is respectful of your privacy. The personal information you give to us will be used in house only. We will not sell our mailing list. We will not share our mailing list. We will not bombard you with unwanted e-mails. The information we receive from you will be used to improve our web site and store to better serve your needs. E-mails and newsletters will be sent out periodically to inform you of upcoming events and sales.


Refund Policy:
All return requests will be considered on an individual basis, please call the shop during store hours so one of our sales associates can assist you.
These are the general guidelines we follow:
All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must include their original packaging. Books and patterns are not returnable due to the ease of copying the information. Fabric yardage is not returnable unless defective, kits are not returnable unless defective.

Shipping Policy:
Internet orders are handled on a daily basis and in most cases will go to the post office the next business day. If any of the items you request are out of stock we will contact you to determine which items you wish to back order and which you wish to cancel.
All items will be shipped by the United States Post Office, regular ground shipping unless another form of shipping is requested. Shipping charges on items not sent USPS ground will be determined on an individual basis and you will be charged accordingly.
